This private workshop is guided by industry professional, M.S. of Hospitality & Tourism Management, and Certified Cicerone©, Karl S. Hartdegen. The workshop stands on three pillars that will provide you with a deeper understanding of beer and cheese interactions.
- Discuss general concepts of beer and cheese interactions, an overview of featured styles, key aromas & tastes, and the breweries/regions that produced them.
- Explore flavors and train your senses with custom made aroma kits.
- Experience the unique interactions of four curated beer and cheese pairings (3-4 oz per beer hand selected from the Avenue Pub Cellar).
